Governance

Christ Episcopal Church is part of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States.

As such, it is governed by several documents, including:

Christ Episcopal Church is run by Clergy and elected Lay Leaders from the Congregation.

The Vestry of Christ Episcopal Church includes our Clergy and lay leaders elected by the congregation. Officers include the Senior and Junior Wardens, the Rector(s), the Treasurer, and the Secretary. The vestry is responsible for the business of the church, including financial matters.

Vestry meetings are held the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7 pm and are open to the congregation. Items may be added to the agenda by contacting the Officers or parish office before the Officers meeting the second Tuesday of the month.
